Announcing the Plumb Architecture Website Launch

Posted on Jul 30, 2013 in latest news and thoughts on design | No Comments

Our website “soft launched” at the beginning of 2013, thanks to the hard work and dedication of several people.  Firstly, we’d like to thank Mr. Bryan Kreitz.  He is an Austin marketing technologist and digital marketing expert who provided us with some much needed guidance in setting up our website, but offered even MORE valuable advice on how to get our business off the ground. Bryan knows business … no really! He KNOWS business! Bryan – you are a treat to work with. Always keeping things fun, while challenging us to think hard about the type of firm we want to be.  THANK YOU, BRYAN!

When launching a company, you realize just how many contacts and resources you have collected over the years.  Sometimes you are lucky enough to have one of these great contacts in your own family.  We’d like to thank Jason Wyatt for his skillful refinement of our Plumb Architecture logo.  Jason is an Emmy Award Winning designer (and has the statue on his mantel to prove it!) .  We thought we had a pretty good start on it … but, Jason’s eye for detail gave the logo more presence and character.  Every time we hand out our business cards, we are complemented on our “cool logo”.  THANK YOU, JASON!

Susan Beth Sloan met us on a cold and blustery morning in late December, for a photo shoot along Auditorium Shores.  Her happy and smiling face kept us laughing for much of the shoot (and the laughing kept us from shaking and shivering in all of the photos!).  In a span of about 90 minutes, we had a mountain of great images we could use for our website and marketing.  Honestly, it was really hard to choose our favorite images. Susan Beth has to be the best Austin commercial photographer you can hire for your business!  Please check out her website. You’ll be hard pressed to find a favorite picture in her portfolio of work!  THANK YOU, SUSAN!

And finally, we’d like to thank all of our friends and family – whom we pestered to read through the content on our website, looking for grammatical or spelling errors, testing to make sure the graphics loaded properly on the website, and that everything “looks right”.  We are thankful for your support in our pursuit of this exciting venture.  WE LOVE YOU!

These past several months have been spent focusing on new and exciting projects that have come through our doors.  We will endeavor to post these projects to our website, to share our work and progress in the many years to come.  We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and are so excited to see our projects popping up all over Central Texas!
